About The Class
All supplies are included with course registration. Students will design and learn to make their own unique projects. Course material can include beading techniques, sewing and full project instruction. Students will be able to choose from an assortment of colors for rabbit furs, suede, linings and rubber crepe soles.
About The Instructor
Amber Cook has been a full time self-employed leather fabricator and designer of handmade wearable goods for over 13 years. Amber began teaching leather fabrication over 12 years ago with small in-home classes and now teaches through Continuing Education Programs.
Available courses: moccasins, mukluks, wraps, fringe boots, gauntlets, mitts, aviator fur hats, fringe bags and learning how to bead.

In this course students will design and learn to make their own pair of Fringe Boots, beginning with beading techniques, to sewing and full instruction to enable them to make a completed pair. Multiple variations of the wraps will be covered.
Amber (the instructor) will provide information on where to shop for materials as to enable students to continue on their own making more wraps. Students will also receive a complete package of materials as well as access to patterns and equipment required to make their first pair and many more.

In this course students will design their own fur aviator hat, your choice of cow hide colour, fur colour, or faux sheep skin lining. Learn leather hand sewing, how to cut fur, full instruction to enable the student to make a completed fur hat. I will also cover how to make multiple hat variations.
